Our Romer RA-7520 3D digitizer with encoded arm can quickly and precisely digitize an object using its integrated laser. The digitizer recreates a scatter graph matching the source object with a precision of around 50µm.

Three-dimensional Measuring Machine (CMM)

Using the CMM, we can perform precision 3D digitization of complex parts. We can also do quality control to ensure the dimensional validity of a prototype or part.

The confocal microscope can perform precise measurements of small samples. Our microscope, an Olympus DSX500, delivers 9000X optical magnification and can produce 3D images of printed circuits and microsystems of all kinds.

Interferential Microscope

The Bruker ContourGT-K interferential microscope reproduces a 3D image of a sample with a resolution on the order of tens of nanometers. The device can digitize parts of decimetric size and produce an image that reveals every flaw.

3D structured light scanning digitization can easily produce standard CAD files. Along with a commercial system, we have various systems designed right here in our laboratories.
